SCHNEIDER GROUP is a multinational consulting company that provides complex consulting and outsourcing services for the international business. We already have offices in the 9 countries and it will be granted to grow in a future.

Currently, we are looking for the HR specialist to perform our outstaffing service-line. We are much appreciated to welcome a great communicator with the proven HR Records experience.

Duties:

Please be informed that this role will include only HR Records functions, we have separated people functions (Recruitment, L&D, Performance Management) from the other service lines.

As the HR Specialist and a member of HR Team at SCHNEIDER GROUP, you will be responsible for the processing of full-cycle HR Records Keeping and communication/consultation of the 60+ employees of our clients.

• HR documentation management according to the requirements of Kazakhstani Labour legislation

• Execution of entire HR records keeping processes by using 1C CRM

• Daily e-mail/phone communication with the employees.

Requirements:

Position grade: Middle

• At least 1 year of experience at the similar (HR administrative) position

• English B1/Intermediate (mostly written communication) is a must

• Perfect administrative abilities: readiness to work in the multitasking environment and flexibly interact with the client employees.
