Описание вакансии: Flight Ticket Booking Agent (no experience required)

Your impact

Our primary goal at KIVORK is to provide our customers with priceless memories, therefore we are searching for a Booking Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for handling the issuance of airline tickets, you will perform ticket exchanges and refunds. At the same time, you’ll offer Technical Support to other teams such as Sales or Customer Service and help them in resolving some complex issues related to the customer’s reservations. This position is a good fit for those who enjoy working in a tech-oriented team and have a technical background.

About you

• You are a person with a technical background in IT or other fixed sciences
• You have a B1 or higher level of English
• You are reliable, self-motivated, and organized in your work and have no problem meeting and exceeding expected performance metrics
• You have access to reliable high-speed internet and feel comfortable in a remote work environment
• You know well how the internet works and use common apps and tools to solve your own problems
• You are available to work night and weekend shifts. This position is 100% remote and only eligible for those who are authorized to work in Kazakhstan

What you will have to do

• Work in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Travelport)
• Verify and provide information on the airline ticket rules and regulations
• Handle voluntary and involuntary exchanges for fully unused and partially used tickets
• Process all types of refunds - full, partial, and tax refunds
• Provide additional assistance such as meal, seat, and wheelchair assignments
• Add special remarks to the ticket such as TSA, OSI, SSR and others
