What we expect you to have:

• Educational background or previous work experience in a field requiring aptitude for technical tasks, e.g. IT, engineering, analytics, etc.
• Good logic and strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, quick learner with a high sense of accountability
• The intermediate level of English; high typing speed in English

What you will have to do:

• Validate and issue flight tickets to air travellers
• Process credit cards and provide financial support
• Operate in Global Distribution System (GDS)
• Cooperate with the other team members
