Be involved in preparation for accreditation of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements conformance and further routine inspections;
To develop and implement the quality management system to the process of VL/CL, to get the staff familiarized with the changes introduced to the quality management system;
To be engaged in cooperation with accreditation authorities and other organizations on the issues associated with the quality management system;
To arrange the internal audits for the functioning of the management system. To develop corrective actions on improvement of VL/CL of the management system;
To be engaged in complaints review being received analyzing the reasons disrupting the quality of verification/calibration;
To provide the execution of the VL/CL quality policy in terms of verifications/calibrations being conducted;
Timely prepare and update the materials of accreditation/reaccreditation, expanding of accreditation scope for verification/calibration laboratory;
To ensure the prevention of negative effects on the results of verification/calibration;
To develop the methodological documents and instructions necessary for arrangement and conducting of verification/calibration;
To carry out verification/calibration works of MT under the norms and requirements of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accreditation materials of VL/CL laboratory, regulatory documentation, quality instructions, and other documents of the quality management system. Systemize and process the information about registration, flow, and verification/calibration of MT based on the information received from the persons responsible for the registration, operations, and verification/calibration of MT;
To monitor the changes on monthly basis in regulatory and procedural documentation of the authorized bodies on the issues of metrology and accreditation of laboratory in order to provide the timely update of the internal documentation, and inform the line manager about any changes introduced;
To carry out, by instructions of line manager, the introduction of changes to the plans, schedules, documentation of laboratory, and documentation of the management system;
To provide methodological assistance to newly hired employees of the laboratory and structural divisions of the Company;
To carry out, by instructions of line manager, the technical training for the laboratory staff;
To arrange, along with the line manager or independently, the internal laboratory control (ILC) of the quality of the results of verification/calibration with the execution of relevant documentation;
To carry out, under the instructions of line manager, the random verification/calibration for the completeness and accuracy of documentation execution during verification/calibration of MT by laboratory staff;
Under the instructions of line manager, to prepare and participate in the interlaboratory comparisons arranged by Vendor or another laboratory;
To arrange, upon instructions of line manager, preparation for assessment of workplaces of verification officers to the assessment of the laboratory personnel;
To immediately inform his/her line manager or superior about any cases which threaten the life and health of people, property of the employer, about every accident, incident, disaster in industries or about the deterioration of your health, including the appearance of any signs of acute occupational disease (intoxication);
To undergo a mandatory preliminary (when hiring), routine (during the working period), and, if necessary, pre-trip, pre-shift, and post-shift medical examination (check-up);
To fulfil the instructions of manager, directly or indirectly related to his/her main activities and department activity;
Upon the decision of the manager, to fulfill the duties, except for the issues referred to the obligations of the outsources under the contracts for the performance of works and provision of services.
