KIVORK is an international IT product company. Together we design and manage our own products in the field of travel and transportation. The most important projects that have made us famous worldwide are WowFare, Ovago, HOP2 and Arangrant.

KIVORK has a large staff of 750 people based in various offices worldwide including Moldova, the UK, India, the USA and local remote teams in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine etc.

You are a great asset to us if:

• Experience in the mass recruitment
• Experience in hiring WW
• You are fluent in Russian and have a decent English level
• Ability to lead up to 5 positions at once
• Passionate about interviewing and sourcing candidates
• 15 closed positions per mont is not enough for you ;)

What you will do:

• Create and post job announcements on various recruitment platforms
• Proactively source for the best candidates
• Strategically build a pipeline candidate through innovative recruiting and networking practices
• Conduct interviews and complete evaluation forms
• Track hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
